Astrid Garcia "Sublimation" Monotype on paper

This is the largest work in Astrid's release measuring in at 19" x 24". The loose gestures and figures are signatures from her larger work while the framing of the plate mimics the boundaries she creates in her free flowing canvas and linen works. Titled "Sublimation", the work is a 1/1 monotype on paper and was hand painted by Astrid during her residency in March 2024.
